About me:
Hi I’m Gail Gallagher! I’m a singer-songwriter, producer, music director, composer, and big ol nerd.
I have worked as a music director in the sketch and improv scene in chicago for over a decade and as a result I have developed a super power of mimic different genres, combining different styles of songs and creating something new and original.
The name Sparklebard comes from a sketch group I worked with who gave me the nickname because anytime I discovered an especially cool musical motif, I’d light up. My favorite clients are other folks who light up about the things they love.
I want to work with other folks who are creating something they are excited about and create music that enhances that vision.
